I practice being a selective omnivore [Eating Animals, Jonathan Safran Foer] by researching all my meat before buying/eating it, and also consider myself to be a pescatarian [I eat fish, goat dairy, and eggs].
My nutrition facts are based on the exact ingredients of the recipes posted. My own personal experience is that I cannot stick to a recipe exactly, so I want to share the website I use to calculate nutrition facts. SparkPeople is an incredible online weight loss resource with communities, nutrition and fitness trackers, articles and even member pages. I’ve been part of the Spark community for over two years now and it has absolutely changed my weight loss journey.
