Yesterday was seriously one of those days.

–

The kind of day where the baby wakes up at 7:10 after just one other wake up at 4 am [happy dance!!].

Where I’m able to get myself and Isaac together in twenty minutes flat and head out on time (!) to the south side for Stroller Strides…

and on the way there, realize that Stroller Strides is on Thursday, not Wednesday [doh!].

The kind of day where I was able to roll with it and instead go for an amazing long walk on the coastal path with a great friend and her son…

which turned into one of the best all-day play dates for both baby and mama!

The kind of day where I look around in pure wonder and awe and thank my lucky stars that I live in the most beautiful place in the world.  That I have the sweetest, most amazing little boy I could ever imagine.  That I have everything I need, and then some.  And that I’m able to live a life of gratitude -  right here.  Right now.
