This past weekend was full of friend time, a glorious beach day [complete with breaching whales off-shore], a forest hike with an old friend, and even an unexpected free pregnancy lomi lomi massage! Talk about blissful!
After such a glorious weekend, I’m finding it really difficult to get into gear this week. [Hence the reason I’m posting on Tuesday].
I got quite a bit done in town yesterday, but my list for today is still pretty daunting:

You may have noticed my note-to-self concerning how I have the sniffles from crappy eating… Chinese food last night seemed like a good idea until we left the restaurant. Today’s nutrition mission = detox.
I started the day with my usual supplements [1/2 multivit + omega3 + chlorella], an apple cider vinegar drink, lemongrass tea, and an egg with nutritional yeast atop a mound of sautéed spinach, onion, garlic, and sundried tomatoes.
I’m already starting to feel the clarity coming back. ![]()
Good thing too, cause I’m gonna need it today.
